Reputed Clansman Gang leader Tesha Miller is set to remain in police custody after he was charged with two counts of making a false declaration on Tuesday.

The charges were revealed after Miller’s attorney, Able -Don Foote, attempted to made an application for his client’s release in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Wednesday.

The police say that miller assumed false names in order to leave the island on two separate occasions, and that there was also other pending matters against Miller.

Tesha Miller has been in police custody following his deportation from the Bahamas last week.
